Found Objects

When we started brainstorming ideas and organizing our found objects, making a car was the first thing that came to mind from the objects that I found. Some of the objects I found were perfect for the parts of the car, but some of them were really unecessary, and I had no where to use them. When I was making the sculpture, I felt like there were a lot of things I could add or make different. There were so many different options that were possible for one sculpture. It was a little difficult because some of the pieces I found were not fit for the sculpture I was making but I found a way to work them in somehow. In a way, this project was similar to the pour painting we did, because even though we were able to find which pieces could go in the sculpture, we didn't have that much control over what the end result looked like. The sculpture kid of changed from what we originally imagined it to be, but in the end I think we were all happy with the way our scuptures turned out.
